Getting started

How does IntuiReply work?

IntuiReply connects to your Gmail and reads your last 20 sent emails to learn how you write. It also scans your website to understand your products, prices, and policies. From that point on, when a new email arrives, IntuiReply creates a draft reply in your voice, ready and waiting inside Gmail. You review it, edit if needed, and hit send. Nothing goes out automatically.

How long does setup take?

About 60 seconds. You connect your Gmail account, enter your website URL, and IntuiReply does the rest. The AI needs a few minutes to analyse your sent emails and scan your website. After that, drafts start appearing automatically.

Do I need to install anything?

No downloads, no extensions, no new apps. IntuiReply works through Gmail's existing draft system. Once connected, everything happens inside your normal Gmail inbox. There's nothing new to learn.

Does it work with Google Workspace?

Yes. IntuiReply works with personal Gmail accounts and Google Workspace accounts. If your business email runs through Google Workspace (e.g. you@yourcompany.com), it works exactly the same way.

How it works

How does IntuiReply learn my writing style?

When you connect Gmail, IntuiReply reads your last 20 sent emails. Not your inbox, only what you've already sent. It looks at how you open and close emails, how formal or casual you are, how long your replies tend to be, and the words you actually use. The result is a voice profile that's unique to you. It also scans your website to understand your products, prices, and common questions.

Does IntuiReply send emails automatically?

No. IntuiReply creates drafts inside your Gmail. You decide what gets sent. Every draft sits in your Drafts folder waiting for you to review it. You can send it as-is, tweak a few words, or delete it entirely. You're always in control. Nothing leaves your outbox without you clicking send.

Can I edit the drafts before sending?

Yes, always. The drafts appear in your Gmail just like any other draft. You open them, read through, change whatever you like, and hit send when you're happy. Many users find they send drafts with little or no edits. Others prefer to adjust a line or two. Either way, the draft is a starting point, not a finished product you're forced to use.

Will it actually sound like me, or like a robot?

That's the whole point. It should sound like you. IntuiReply learns from real emails you've already sent, which means it picks up on your natural style rather than writing in generic AI prose. If you tend to keep things short and direct, the drafts will too. If you're warmer and more conversational, that comes through. It's not perfect on day one, but it gets better the more context it has from your sent history.

What kinds of emails does IntuiReply draft replies for?

IntuiReply focuses on customer and business emails: questions about your products, order follow-ups, quote requests, support queries, and general enquiries. It automatically filters out newsletters, automated notifications, and marketing emails so you're not getting drafts for things that don't need a reply.

Privacy and security

Can IntuiReply read my emails?

Yes. That's intentional and necessary for the product to work. When you connect Gmail, IntuiReply reads your last 20 sent emails to learn your writing style, and it reads incoming emails to draft replies. It does not read or store emails you didn't receive or send. Read our privacy policy for full details.

Can someone tell if my reply was written by AI?

Not reliably. That's by design. Because IntuiReply learns from your actual sent emails, the drafts use your vocabulary, your sentence length, your way of opening and closing. Most recipients won't be able to tell the difference.

Is my data shared with anyone?

No. Your email content, your voice profile, and your business knowledge are stored in an isolated database that belongs only to you. We don't share your data with other IntuiReply customers, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train shared AI models. The only third-party service that processes your emails is OpenAI (to generate the draft text) - they operate under strict data processing terms that prohibit using your data for model training.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in a secure, isolated database hosted on Supabase (built on Amazon Web Services). Each customer has their own separate storage. Your data is never mixed with another customer's. We don't store copies of your full emails; we store your voice profile (a summary of your writing style) and the business knowledge extracted from your website.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you do, all your data is permanently deleted: your voice profile, website knowledge, Gmail connection, and account details. There's no waiting period and no retention after deletion. If you just want to disconnect Gmail without closing your account, you can do that too.
